Hallerbos, or simply ‘the Blue Forest’ – is a forest area located in the south of Brussels.
In a day it’s possible to visit by bike from Brussels (it’s around 40km) and also be enchanted by the gorgeous places we find untill we get there.

Why is Hallerbos magical?
There is a special time, around mid-April, to visit. The forest becomes a beautiful and purple carpet of bluebells. It’s a unique experience that you should see at least once in a lifetime.
